New Products for Custom Order
The Coin Pouch-$6.50
- Coins can go in the top pocket so that, when the pouch is buttoned, they are tucked away safely.
- Credit cards and IDs can go in the bottom pocket and still be seen when the pouch is open.

Improved Makeup Bags
From here on out, my makeup bags will feature zipper end tabs. Not sure what that means?
See the difference:
Notice how the zipper here just curves downward into the side seam...
And the new bags have tabs at both ends of the zipper...
A cleaner look for you to enjoy. You know, because that's what a makeup bag is for...to look at!

Zipper Pouches or Bust
Wow, I have been blessed!
I have a friend from church who ordered 10 zipper pouches. Yes, ten. And I'm done! Having a sick child this week has been a drag...but it's been good for productivity!
On the one hand, I was thinking....woah...ten is a lot to tackle. On the other hand, I was thinking...this could give me lots of practice. And I got plenty of practice. With each zipper pouch, I got better at sewing the zippers, sewing around the zippers, and sewing straight seams. Yay!
Without further ado, here are the zipper pouches I've made since Saturday:

Crayon Rolls Conquered
Victory! I accomplished my goal of completing sixteen crayon rolls this week! Happy Dance!!!
Next order of business...selling them! Who wants to give one of these to their favorite boy or girl for Christmas?
Fun facts about these fun little guys:
1. These are the first of my products to sport tags with my business name on them!
2. Each roll comes filled with a 16 count box of Crayola crayons.
3. The interior of each roll has been sprayed with Scotch-Gard to help keep the inside clean a little longer.
4. Each crayon roll can be "closed" by rolling and then pulling the elastic band around the button.
5. These are the perfect size to toss in your purse or add to a child's road trip bag.
6. If you don't see a fabric combination that suits you (or the little one you're thinking of), click on my fabrics link above and I will custom make one for you!
7. My crayon rolls are $10, pre-made or custom-made.
Here's what I have available:
In case you are painfully observant to details, there are only thirteen crayon rolls listed here, because I've already sold three of the sixteen I made this week. Oh, yeah!

Zipper Pouch in Geometric Green with Black Targets stripe:
I will not be making anymore of this exact design, but I am working on some other creative accents in place of the gathered front panel. Of course, I can make a zipper pouch this size, just not one with gathering with a fabric strip in the middle :-)
